Bring your vehicle to our office at 11 Thames Street. No booking needed for the initial check – it usually takes 5-10 minutes.

We price up parts and labour, then send your estimate. If it’s an insurance job, we send it directly to your insurer for approval.

Once approval is given and parts have arrived, we schedule a repair date that works for you.

We complete the work in-house, keep you informed and let you know as soon as your vehicle is ready to collect.

Or you can organise an assessment for a time that suits you, by requesting a quote. We’ll check the damage, talk through your options and let you know whether it’s worth lodging an insurance claim.

If your car isn’t drivable, get in touch with us first. For insurance claims, towage is usually arranged by your insurer. If needed, we can also provide the contact details for the tow company we use so you can organise collection directly — which is often quicker, as tow operators need confirmed timeframes.

Not necessarily. Come in for an assessment first and we’ll advise whether a claim is the best option or if private repair work makes more sense.

Yes. Loan cars are available at a flat rate of $57.50 for the entire time we have your vehicle. Some insurance policies also include rental cover, so it’s worth checking your policy first.

It depends on parts availability and the extent of the damage. After your assessment we’ll give you a realistic timeframe and keep you updated while your vehicle is with us. But we’re well known for getting you back on the road quickly.

Yes. We carry out structural rust cut-outs, treatment, panel repairs and paint refinishing as part of collision work or separate bodywork jobs.
