From apprentice to collision repair expert & still leading from the same workshop
Tim first began his career in this workshop at just 14, learning hands-on collision repair under its original owner. Doing the job properly — not the fast way — became the standard he still upholds.
In 2004, Tim was offered the chance to purchase the same workshop where he trained
What began as a small 2–3 person operation has since grown into a respected locally-owned collision repair centre with a team of more than 20 qualified tradespeople who specialise in collision repairs and structural work.

Under Tim’s leadership, A&M has combined modern repair technology with the core skills that still matter — from structural car, caravan, motorhome and RV repairs to insurer-approved collision work and everyday bodywork restoration.
