Bring your vehicle to our office at 11 Thames Street. No booking needed for the initial check – it usually takes 5-10 minutes.
We price up parts and labour, then send your estimate. If it’s an insurance job, we send it directly to your insurer for approval.
Once approval is given and parts have arrived, we schedule a repair date that works for you.
We complete the work in-house, keep you informed and let you know as soon as your vehicle is ready to collect.

As a CRA Approved Repairer, we’re trusted by all major insurance companies. We prepare detailed quotes, manage referrals, communicate directly with insurers and keep you updated while approvals are in progress.
